International Additive Manufacturing service company is looking for a
𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 for hiring that will own the go-to-market strategy in Germany, driving new client acquisitions and focus on building new long-lasting business relations.
-Acquisition of new leads in the segments of design, engineering, and manufacturing and drive them to new customers.
-Identifying target clients to initiate contact, identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders
-Perform physical on-site presentations.
-Maximize sales in the region with a focus on Metal AM components, including the full range of services offered.
-Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximize sales and deliver accurate forecast
-Support existing customers, by generating revenue through cross-sell and up-sell activities
-Delivering accurate forecasts and reports as required by the management
-At least 4-5 years experience in a similar sales role, with deep experience selling mechanical, high value, manufacturing services
-Nice to have previous working experience in 3D Printing
-Technical Knowledge – you hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical degree.
-Demonstrate business development skills.
-Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.
-Self-motivated and a highly collaborative team player.
-Work independently and with minimum guidance.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (spoken and written) and native-level proficiency in German.
-Travel requirement about 50% (as required / flexible)
The candidate will report to the European Sales Manager.
Engineering Degree preferred
